EXECUTION.

Three ventures. Zero investors. Distribution, nightlife activation, and same-day logistics built from nothing but a phone, a WhatsApp number, and relentless execution.

Case Study 01

Air Batu Viral Distribution & Demand

A bootstrapped frozen popsicle brand built from zero to national retail distribution — driven by content, live selling, and a product that outsells Nestlé, Wall's, and Ben & Jerry's in every door it enters.

Case Study 02

f·88 Nightlife & Club Activation

A direct Red Bull competitor positioned in the European luxury energy drink space. Within 1–2 months of landing, f·88 reached brand placements and cultural embedding that other Red Bull challengers take years to achieve.

Case Study 03

Fast Fast Mabok Same-Day Alcohol Delivery

A pocket business built from zero — no retail footprint, no store placements, just WhatsApp and a purpose-built app. Reached high-spending customers and everyday households alike, including nightclubs and bars needing emergency restock. Singapore's first same-day alcohol delivery service.

Fast Fast Mabok was successfully exited after COVID-era lockdowns lifted. The Instagram page remains active under new ownership, though growth stalled after the new owners pivoted away from the high-spending customer base the brand was originally built around.
Fast Fast Mabok · Logistics Backbone

The Same Backbone Moved 2M+ Packages

The dispatch discipline behind Fast Fast Mabok wasn't limited to alcohol delivery — the same operating model ran a parallel contract logistics operation, delivering an estimated 2 million packages over roughly two years. Each driver was assigned a tight, hyper-local delivery zone rather than a scattered island-wide route.

Family Shop Bukit Panjang The Bridge Business

A neighbourhood convenience store that operated far above its category — pulling customers from as far as Pasir Ris on the strength of its range, running an automated cashless counter, and eventually becoming the retail test base where Air Batu Viral was born. Operated under Garuda from February 2023 through July 2025.

Air Batu Viral was test-marketed through this store and at fairs from July 2024, went viral by October 2024, secured its first B2B freezer placement in April 2025, and reached roughly 15 freezer placements by September–October 2025. The store also connected to Grab, giving direct experience with platform fulfilment and online-to-offline retail — the same integration Garuda X1 now helps other brands set up.
Capability

Marketing Full-Funnel, Not Just Field Sales

Distribution and field sales get the product into doors. The marketing stack behind it runs the same way — self-built, self-produced, and running long before "creator economy" was a phrase. From national broadcast to platform-native content, the full funnel has already been run in-house.
