Field Sales & Merchandising — Service Line

Nobody buys your product
off a website.

Retail placement in Singapore is still won at the door — namecard in hand, shelf space negotiated face to face. We run that motion for you, at scale, off a store database we've already built and verified.

The Gap

Digital outreach gets you a reply.
It doesn't get you a shelf.

Store owners and category buyers in Singapore still decide on relationships built in person — who showed up, who followed up, who's easy to reorder from. Email and cold LinkedIn get ignored. Someone has to physically walk the route.

What most brands do

Hire, train, manage — alone

A brand entering Singapore hires one or two part-time promoters, builds a store list from scratch, and manages daily attendance, routing and reporting themselves — on top of everything else market entry requires.

What we run instead

A managed route, not a headcount

You buy an outcome — a fixed number of stores visited at a defined depth — off a database we've already mapped. Routing, reporting and follow-up are ours to run; you see the results.

Rate Card — Per 1,000 Store Visits

Four depths. Each one includes everything before it.

Priced per store visit, billed against the batch you commit to. Minimum order 100 stores. Samples, merchandise and courier costs are billed separately.

01
Drop & Go
Baseline

Fast footprint coverage. Namecard left with whoever's at the counter, no pitch attempted, outlet logged as contacted.

  • Namecard / brand card left at outlet
  • GPS-timestamped visit log
  • ~15–18 outlets per agent per day
S$12–14per store
S$12,000–14,000for 1,000 visits
02
Drop + Merch / Samples
Includes Tier 01

Physical product in the owner's hand. Sample or merchandise item left alongside the card — the difference between "another card" and something worth remembering.

  • Everything in Drop & Go
  • Sample / merch handed to decision-maker or staff
  • ~10–12 outlets per agent per day
S$20–24per store
S$20,000–24,000for 1,000 visits
+ cost of goods (billed separately)
03
Simple Pitch
Includes Tiers 01–02

An actual conversation. Agent introduces the brand, states terms, and gauges real interest on the spot — not just a drop.

  • Everything in Tiers 01–02
  • 60–90 second verbal pitch to available staff/owner
  • Interest level logged per outlet
  • ~6–8 outlets per agent per day
S$32–38per store
S$32,000–38,000for 1,000 visits
+ cost of goods (billed separately)
04
Full Cycle
Includes Tiers 01–03

The closed loop. A second visit where first contact showed promise, plus direct WhatsApp reach to the actual decision-maker when one can be identified — so nothing goes cold after the first knock.

  • Everything in Tiers 01–03
  • Follow-up visit for warm outlets
  • WhatsApp outreach to decision-maker, where identifiable
  • Weekly conversion report
S$55–65per store
S$55,000–65,000for 1,000 visits
+ cost of goods (billed separately)
How It Runs

You commit a batch size. We handle the route.

STEP 01

Route drawn

Outlets selected from our 1,000+ store database by category, region and channel fit, sequenced into daily routes.

STEP 02

Agents deployed

Field agents briefed on the brand, pitch (if applicable) and what a "warm" outlet looks like before day one.

STEP 03

Every visit logged

GPS-timestamped, outcome-tagged. No visit counted without a record.

STEP 04

Weekly reporting

Coverage, interest rate and follow-up status sent weekly — not a black box.

Standing Terms

How we keep this fair for both sides.

Minimum order100 stores per engagement. Below that, route-planning overhead doesn't pencil out for either of us.
Volume pricing10–15% off the per-store rate at 1,000+ stores committed upfront.
PacingOutlets-per-day figures are averages. Actual pace runs faster or slower than the prescribed range depending on traffic and weather conditions on the day.
The Proof

This is what "in 1,000 stores" actually looks like.

Every foil-wrapped drop here is a real outlet, walked in person — heartland minimarts, provision shops, convenience chains across Singapore. This is the same motion that runs at whatever depth you choose above.
